At Ovela, we’re proud to offer free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

  • During peak periods/holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

  • An order is considered dispatched once it’s handed to the carrier and is in transit to your address.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email at checkout and a separate email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Estimated Shipping Times (after dispatch)

Delivery times depend on your location and carrier performance:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 3–7 business days

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 5–10 business days

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 7–14 business days

  • 🇪🇺 European Union: 7–12 business days

  • 🌍 Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Notes

  • Carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates during peak times/holidays—these are outside our control.

  • International shipments can incur customs inspections and delays, which may extend delivery beyond the estimates above.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may delay processing or lead to cancellation.

  • If our system flags an address issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to verify. If we don’t hear back within that window, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

  • Need a change? Email support@ovelalife.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best, but changes after this window aren’t guaranteed.

Delayed Delivery

We work hard to ship quickly, but delays can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs holds, product availability, payment or address verification). We’ll notify you if we spot an issue and will work with the carrier to keep your order moving. Ovela cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and isn’t liable for delays caused by external factors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is in their custody. If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it—or if it appears lost in transit—please:

  1. Contact the carrier to file a claim (they may request details only you can provide).

  2. Email support@ovelalife.com with your order number and claim info. We’ll also follow up with the carrier and keep you updated.

While Ovela is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit and such cases fall outside our refund policy, we’ll do our best to assist. Depending on circumstances, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. In suspected theft cases, we may recommend filing a police report.

Policy Updates

Ovela may modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the current version of this policy. We encourage you to review it periodically.
