At Ovela, we’re committed to providing products that support your skin and body wellness so you feel confident and renewed. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you’re not satisfied after day 14 and within our 60-day money-back window, contact us at support@ovelalife.com and we’ll help.


 

Cancellation Policy

 

 

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processing and we might not be able to modify or cancel it.

  • Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

 

  • We consider an item “damaged” if it has a functional defect or arrives physically broken.

  • Cosmetic damage to outer packaging (e.g., a dented box) with a product in good working condition is not considered damage.

  • If your item arrives damaged, email info@ovelalife.com within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

  • If eligible, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

 


 

Shipping & Delivery

 

 

  • We work hard to ship on time, but Ovela isn’t responsible for delays outside our control (carrier issues, customs, weather, etc.).

  • Issues with delivery (lost, stolen, or delayed packages) should be directed to the shipping carrier first. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

 


 

Incorrect Shipping Address

 

 

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • If an address error is reported within 24 hours of order placement, we’ll do our best to update it.

  • If we aren’t notified within 24 hours and the order ships to the wrong address, you are not entitled to a resend or refund.
